As the Owner (or prospective Owner) you already have a fulltime job, and other commitments. Adding a significant project to an already busy schedule only increases the burden on your time.  Contracting M&M Boat Services, LLC as your PM/OR frees you up since we handle the day-to-day steering of the project, and ensuring continuity and communications with the project team to ensure the project is completed satisfactorily, on time, and preferably on budget.  

 A Project Manager directly manages the project or refit including the day-to-day activities, project team members and sub-contractors, etc., and often works for, and are provided by, the boat or shipyard.  If a PM is not provided, YOUR Project Manager is a blending of both a PM and OR.

An Owners Representative is a person that works for YOU and represents YOUR interests (not the yards). The OR will meet with the PM team at least weekly, complete QA checks, schedule and budget reviews, acceptance, reviews change order request & conditions found reports; and the OR will meet with you regularly working around your busy schedule providing updates on progress, budgets, schedules, etc.
