Yacht Management Program
M&M Boat Services provides small Yacht Management Services for boats under 78’ (24m). Our Yacht Management program is specially designed for these vessels as their needs are different. In general, vessels under 78’ do not have a fulltime crew, there are fewer and less complicated financial, technical, and regulatory requirements, and/or they are not normally operated commercially.
Simply put, the needs of these owners are not as great as a super yacht, or complicated; BUT they still need assistance managing various aspects of the vessel, just not with a large team.
Flexibility is key, and for vessels under 78’ (24m) we have developed a scaled down Management Program that can be tailored to the needs of the vessel and owner. Super Yacht service but NOT a Super Yacht price!

M&M Boat Services provides Monthly Maintenance & Systems Check Services designed to ensure your boat is checked one or more times each month ensuring it is maintained, safe, secure, and ready for use. No Pre-Packaged Plans, we build your program based on your needs! We look at your boat, discuss our recommendations, and then put your final plan together for your approval.
