QUESTION:  I live in SE Florida full time but still need someone to check on my boat and manage the upkeep as I just don't have the time, can you do this for me?

ANSWER:  Yes.  We understand that with work and other commitments you may still need someone to "get things done".  Give us a call or send us an email for a quote on managing this valuable asset for you so that it is always ready when you are.

QUESTION:  I don't see a service listed that I need?

ANSWER:  Yes.  It is difficult to list everything, so if there is something you need that you do not see specifically listed on our website, please give us a call or send us an email request.  There is very little we cannot make happen for you.

QUESTION: What marinas do you work in?

ANSWER: We are able to work in just about every marina from the Florida Keys to Stuart, Florida. If you are in a marina that we have not worked in before all we need to do is provide them a copy of our insurance. No problem!

QUESTION:  I want to charter my boat, can you help me with this as well?

ANSWER:  No, and yes.  We are not "Charter Brokers" and can not directly assist you with the chartering of your vessel.  What we can do is get you in touch with someone who can take care of that segment for you while we will continue to maintain it for you.

QUESTION:  I have a boat that is outside of the immediate SE Florida area but would like to utilize your services.

ANSWER: Yes, Please contact us for more information.   We can help you with services or management of your property, but there may be additional travel costs involved depending on the distance. Please allow us to quote this for you.  These requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. 

QUESTION: Our Boat is located outside the immediate SE Florida area, can you still help us out with checking on our boat monthly and providing services?

ANSWER:  Yes, we also provide services for boats in the Florida Keys, Naples, Stuart, Ft. Pierce, and certain areas in the Bahamas as well.

QUESTION: I need someone to Captain my yacht for a day on the water with my family/friends. Do you provide this type of Captain Services?

ANSWER: Yes, we call this “Captain for Hire” and we do provide this service. Day or evening only, no overnight trips. 

QUESTION:  Do you offer Captain Services?

ANSWER: Yes, we offer several types of Captain Services including Captain-For-Hire, Yacht Deliveries and Owners Training & Orientations.

QUESTION: I just bought a boat and need it moved to a new marina, or city. Can you help me with this?

ANSWER: Yes, we provide delivery services within the South Florida region including the Florida Keys; and to the Northern Island in the Bahamas. 

QUESTION: I need my yacht delivered to the Bahamas, can you get it there for me?

ANSWER: Yes, we can safely delivery your yacht from SE Florida, The Keys or Naples to anywhere in the  northern Bahamas.

QUESTION: I just bought a boat that is larger than I have previously operated? My insurance says I need 60 – 100 hours with a Licensed Captain, is this a service you provide?

QUESTION: I am buying a boat and it is larger than I have owned in the past and I need help learning the systems, and what I should be doing to maintain & care for it?

ANSWER: Yes, we have a program for working with owners in both of these situations.

QUESTION:  I want to purchase/sell a boat, do you offer brokerage services?

ANSWER: No, we do not offer brokerage services; but we do know several excellent brokers that can help you buy/sell a boat and we would be happy to get you in touch with one of them
