Marcus’s experience includes a successful U.S. Coast Guard career as an Engineer.  He has spent time onboard ships up to 378’(115m) as an engineer, maintained, repaired and operated boats up to 50’(15m), and managed vessel maintenance & repair programs including systems refits, new build equipment installations, and ship yard work.  Marcus has held Instructor positions teaching at the USCG Engineering Technical School, and the USCG Small Boat Operations School; and has in recent years obtained his USCG 100 Ton Master license.

In addition, Marcus’ experience includes the maintenance, repair, and renovation of residential properties and commercial facilities including docks, grounds and landscaping.  Marcus has also held business leadership roles, management positions with responsibility for facilities and grounds maintenance and repair programs, completed renovation and repairs of multiple personal homes, and been a Volunteer Leader with Habitat for Humanity Marcus leading volunteers in various segments of new home construction and the renovations of existing homes.

Michelle’s experience includes the maintenance, repair, and renovation of residential properties and commercial facilities, grounds, and landscaping.  Michelle has completed renovations and repairs of multiple personal homes, built an “off-the-grid” home from the ground up, and volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and Rebuilding America participating in various segments of new home construction and the renovations of existing homes. 

Michelle’s has spent several years boating, maintaining vessels, and working in the marine industry.  In addition, Michelle has an extensive background managing sales programs and business operations in 10 offices, and in customer service, project management, and contract management in multiple industries.

We have over 50 years of combined experience maintaining, operating, and living on boats, and experience owning, caring for, and renovating homes; and have been absentee owners ourselves.

We understand the need for having someone local, and dependable, to assist with the care and management of these investments in the absence of the owner.
