Marcus’s experience includes a successful 21-year U.S. Coast Guard career as an Engineer. He has spent time onboard ships up to 378’(115m) as an engineer, and he has maintained, repaired and operated small boats up to 50’(15m) including managing vessel maintenance & repair programs, system refits, new build equipment installations, and ship yard work. Marcus also held Instructor positions teaching at the USCG Engineering Technical School, and the USCG Small Boat Operations School; and has in recent years obtained his USCG 100 Ton Master license.

In addition, Marcus’ marine industry experience includes the maintenance, repair, refit, management, operation and sales of various size yachts and boats; and he has owned, operated and lived on boats of his own.  Marcus has held multiple business senior leadership roles prior to launching his own business.

Michelle’s has spent several years working in the marine industry maintaining and operating boats of various sizes. She has owned, operated, maintained and lived on boats of her own as well. In addition, Michelle has an extensive background managing sales programs and business operations in 10 offices, and in customer service, project management, and contract management roles in multiple industries.

Together we have 50+ years of combined experience both working in the marine industry and owning our own boats; maintaining, repairing, operating, refits and living on boats. As owner operator ourselves, we have a unique perspective and work hard to ensure our clients have the best experience possible. 

We understand the need for having someone local, and dependable, to assist with the care and management of these investments, especially for absentee owners.
