Home Owner Services
M&M Boat Services, LLC provides care and maintenance services for Homes and Waterfront Property’s as well. We take the time to ask questions and listen to the owners to ensure we provide the RIGHT services. We have over 30 years experience owning, caring for, and renovating homes; and we have been absentee home owners ourselves. With this experience we understand your needs, and wants, and “We Treat Your Home Like It Is Our Own”!
Home Check Plan
The following items are included in your Basic Home or Condo Check Plan to ensure your home is safe, secure, and always ready for your arrival.
- 1 visit per month with a report
- Visual inspection of exterior (leaks/damage)
- Visual inspection of interior (leaks/damage)
- Check power is on / alternate lights
- Check AC is on & settings
Addition items listed below can be added to your plan:
- Additional Visits
- Run water (sinks/flush toilets)
- Visual check of pool (if installed)
- Visual check of landscaping/irrigation
- Check/change AC filter(s)
- Remove circulars, newspapers and debris from entry
- Bring In/Forward mail
- Generator checks
- Other items as may be requested
NOTE: Pool & landscaping checks do not include performance of pool or landscaping services.

Additional Home and Condo Services
M&M Home and Boat Services LLC can also act as the Owners Representative (OR) and provide or arrange for a full range of additional services creating a truly customized service or management plan. Any or all of the listed items can be added to, or removed from, your customized Home or Condo Check Plan or Management Program at any time.
- Respond to Emergency Calls
- Pre/Post storm check (does not include shuttering and other preps)
- Hurricane/Storm Preparations – shuttering, secure furniture, plants, etc.
- Generator Check (if equipped)
- Interior or exterior cleaning
- Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing
- Landscaping
- Pool services
- Owner post-departure home cleaning and close up
- Owner pre-arrival home check and preparation
- Forward mail (magazines left on counter)
- Package receiving (delivered to home during regularly schedule visit)
- Parts & materials sourcing and shipping
- Pre-arrival grocery shopping/deliver to home
- Act as the Owners Representative to locally mange larger project such as home renovations or larger repair projects

Waterfront Property with a Boat!
If you have a waterfront home or property with a dock, we can assist you with services similar to what we offer for yacht owners. We can complete checks on the home, complete maintenance & repairs, or Manage the home for you.
If you have a waterfront home, and have your yacht moored at the dock, we can help you with services for both.
